We will kick off our Spring 2025 learning series on Wednesday 8 January with the author, Dan Gomer, introducing his book "Sphere Marketing". We will work through this book in a "Book Club/
Working Group" style rather than a "lecture style" series. We will follow this book with diving into "Six Weeks to Real Estate Success" by Dustin Fox which hones in on marketing options to include utilizing Listings 2 Leads. WE WILL PROVIDE THESE BOOKS TO PARTICIPANTS...NO NEED TO PURCHASE!

As we wrap up these books we will dive into CRM management, action plan utilization, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc., so that we each enter the "busy season" with the logistics/systematic portion of our business developed and in good shape to take each of us forward.

The exact lessor for each week will NOT be published as will take the lessons at the speed of the participants AND WE WILL STOP new lessons and do whatever work we need to do in order to get our homework done so that we can implement the next step.

Our INTENT is for us to each accomplish the WORK that we need done to develop and grow our businesses.

We will attempt to Zoom these meetings but given the nature of the discussions we CANNOT guarantee how well the audio will be picked up. WE ENCOURAGE ALL INTERESTED TO ATTEND IN PERSON!
